How many treatments do I need?

You will need 8 consecutive treatments for optimal results.

When will I start to see results? 

Results are individual and can vary between people. Generally, the results are most visible 2-3 months after the 8th treatment. For many people, noticeable improvement can be seen during the course of treatment.

How can I maintain my results?

To complete the professional treatment and maintain results, you will be provided with a bottle of Hair Lotion to apply at home. The lotion protects the recovering follicles and nourishes the scalp. To maximize the efficacy of the Hair Lotion, it’s recommended to gently needle the scalp with Dermaroller® Home Care Roller every other night before application.

Vampire facial is a combination between Microneedling and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). This treatment is formulated to significantly increase the skin collagen and elasticity by penetrating your own plasma back into the dermis. When performed, it also significantly decreases your downtime from traditional micro-needling.  This treatment is perfect for dull, dehydrated, uneven skin tone  and acne scarred skin.

The procedure uses a micro-needing pen which creates hundreds of tiny punctures allowing the PRP to penetrate deep into the dermis. Once the growth factors have penetrated the epidermis, they recruit your own stem cells to the area, working to create a more youthful cells and giving you a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance. The PRP consists of blood being drawn from a nurse in your arm, which is then centrifuged to separate red blood cells and platelets poor plasma rom your platelet rich plasma. We then use this as a glider for the micro-needling which then gets deposited deeper into the skin.

During your treatment, a topical anesthetic  will be applied to your skin and you should experience little to no pain. Afterwards, your skin may feel a bit tight and warm. What is the difference between Micro-needling and Vampire Facial?
